Villia is a collection of just four ultra-residences shaped by classic proportion and contemporary detail: curved forms, tumbled limestone, retractable skylights and rooms that open to harbour views from Rose Bay to the Macquarie Lighthouse.
ATAS delivered the electrical package across all four residences: layered architectural lighting through the curved ceilings and joinery, power and distribution, and services coordinated to the exacting finish the building demands, certified at handover.
